Returns:
Please review the return policy below before returning merchandise or processing a claim for items damaged during shipping.
- If you receive a damaged item you must return within 7 days for a refund or store
credit. Keep all packaging materials, as they may be needed to file a claim with the carrier.
- Jewelry and Bath & Body items may not be returned.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You may want to insure your items, as we cannot be responsible for damaged, lost, or misdirected shipments.
- Refunds will be processed after satisfactory completion of these conditions.
